Very good service excellent behaviour from the vlcc doctor and outstanding support from Kauser .

I called them during Ramadan to ask the details for some treatment and to ask them if there is any discount as the treatment were costly, since that call they called me several times to make a personal appointment and I agreed. When I supposed to have an actual appointment, the lady called me 15mins before (who made me to believe that she’s the manager) and asked me if I could make the payment at the same time..(with no discount). However, I told her I will check the center first and if I find everything is okay then definitely I will pay. (Somehow she made me feel like she just wanted to finish her target desperately by making me pay before even checking on the patient.) It was so weird to come to know that she was pushing so hard to make me pay. After that, my one of the Arab friends,(who was willing to come with me to attend so called meeting) she called them and spoke with another Arab lady for the same treatment and it turned out that they were giving huge discounts to Arabs only as it was Ramadan time. Why they have to be so racist to non-Arabs?! Finally I came to know it was a scam before even visiting them personally. I will personally recommend big NO to them.

Went there yesterday to inquire about a simple facial treatment, but instead of addressing my inquiry, the consultant wanted to upsell a package which was way over my budget and wasted my time.very unprofessional behavior and highly disappointed.

This is the worst clinic for facials, i went today to the clinic i booked for a hydra facial, the doctor was unprofessional at all, and kept insisting me to do the hydra cool instead of the hydra facial, i felt so pressured im really disappointed with the outcome of the hydra cool facial. i dont recommend this clinic at all for facials at all.

My appointment for facial was confirmed by miss pooja through call. I called the center 2 to 3 times on the day of appointment to confirm but nobody attended my calls.Once i reached there, i waited for a long time just to find out that they are unable to provide the service because appointment is not recorded in thier system.I am very disappointed 😞Though i was disappointed with my previous experience. I am very satisfied with the facial treatment done by sonali. I also appreciate the way miss pooja took responsibility for whatever happened and made sure it doesnt repeat.Thank you

There are some departments within the Sharjah VLCC branch which are amazing like derma sessions that i have had with Saba. Totally worth the money and she is so professional in her approach. She does her job diligently and the sessions are therapeutic and relaxing. The slimming department is also worthy of praise and Joann was so good while dealing with me. Her hands are amazing and she gives the best massage ever. I do recommend these 2 girls but please dont take this 5 star rating to mean other departments extend the same level of professionalism or standards. Be careful with this branch as the work standards are not maintained across all departments. This may be something Sharjah branch would like to further look into

She doesnt pushes the clients to buy but she keeps in such a way that the customer knows it is their need. That shows the respect towards the customer.I really appreciate her work and in 5 settings of my hair I could see the result I am very amazed . One of the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude that i have ever come across . .They very smartly sell the booklet for 250 Dhms but dont have the professionalism to match the service they boast about .I happened to call the centre for asking for any free slots for any of the session that are mentioned in the booklet they always have a smart answer that everything is booked .Anyways i can bet on it and even you can try .Try callin them and ask them for an appointmemt for the weekends like friday or saturday they always have a readymade answer its fully booked and when you happen to get an appointment on a weekday as well .They would always make an excuse that the staff is not availabe or sick or on emergency leave and they ultimately cancel your appointment .SO WHEN DO WE GET OUR SESSIONS ? AFTER THE BOOKLET GETS EXPIRED??Why do you sell all these things when you can match up to the delivery of service .Its not our problem that you have a staffing issue.I have only used 2 session out of the 10 sessions that you guys offer in the booklet .and with the service that you provide i am sure i will not be able to utilize the whole booklet .I am writing this so that people know that this is happening and dont fall into this trap .

Ive taken the slimming package and I have yet to see the results honestly. But the staff are very kind and professional, if I were to mention someone in particular it would be Bhea. She handles my sessions keeping in mind I have sensitive skin with utmost care and is so very friendly and kind. I think that in order to avail good service, it starts with the attitude of the staff and it seems that you have this covered. Keep it up! :)

If you want to waste your hard earned money this is the best place and they offer different packages so you can misspend your money in different ways. At first we went for consultation to this VLCC branch in Sharjah Buhaira Corniche. We were given appointment with Consultant Sanam who examined my wife hair and said that they have available treatments and after a couple of treatments my wife hair would look healthy and smooth. After hearing this me and my wife were discussing meanwhile we strongly felt Sanam was manipulating us to pay saying that they have some promotions going on and she even brought the swiping machine right in to our room so that we would not change our mind.Finally we ended up paying 2250 Dhms , the moment we payed the money we felt like we were forgotten since they never called us for any appointment as promised before and customer support was really poor. Even though my wife was using all the products they suggested and completed six full treatments her hair was exactly same, she was having hair fall and her was dull as before.During the initial consultation Sanam told us that everything would be recorded in my wife file about the treatments including the before and after photos to compare , the treatments procedure, but we found out there was nothing in the file except the number of treatments and after all it was a big lie.When my wife completed the procedure , we went for a final consultation with Sanam , since we were not satisfied with the results , we were asking for a refund but she kept insisting that she is happy with the results , this is to Sanam the customer satisfaction has to be from both the parties not from your end. After a long unnecessary talk from her and wasting our useful time she gave a contact number to talk to some one named Hind but it’s no use .This is to all the people who wants to go to VLCC Sharjah branch , we don’t know wether we would be getting our money back or not , but don’t waste your hard earned money .To conclude the VLCC Sharjah is good just with the promises not with the results or services.

I booked appointment for my manicure in shj branch of vlcc. They gave me 11 am time. I came all the way from ajman and when i reach they tell me they have only one person to do manicure and she will be coming in half an hour. What kind of professional attitude is this? Our time is not valued. Very disappointed with vlcc sharjah branch service. They should have given me a later appointment. They sell voucher booklets first and then make you wait for appointments!. I paid for the booklet. They are not doing a favour.

I did not like my experience with this branch. I went for a consultation for laser hair removal for just my face and I was advised to do full body because of the great deal. I did 6 sessions of laser hair removal and theres no difference - as if I never did it. I was also given a different technician each time I went for my appointment and they would be confused about what needs to be done. I felt as though they were very disorganized and didnt keep up with my appointments properly. One of my appointments, while the technician was doing the laser treatment, she told me I should do slimming for my arms. Technicians should not be commenting on the clients body like this. Very rude.

We are very happy and satisfied at VLCC sharjah. The staff are polite and professional, I love how Alma handle the Lipo zero sessions wth me. And, for my daughter who is having a laser session with Marissa. It’s a go to place for welness.

I visit the Sharjah VLCC branch and have undergone a few sliming sessions but unfortunately the results weren’t the same as promised also if they need to finalize the appointment they are giving a one bell missed calls to the customers despite of charging so much. My face treatments are giving me reasonable results but slimming is not giving me any results. This centre is a little below average for me I don’t think so I should recommend this to anyone. The lady named Zeba who does my treatment is extremely unprofessional, she asked me to skip my appointment which was already booked one week prior just because the other client has some emergency as if I am doing my treatments for free or it’s my problem if that client has some work or whatever, this is totally wrong I had suffered a lot throughout the course of my treatment I and request you not to take up their services they don’t know how to do it also they don’t know how to be with their clients their quality is extremely poor and their working style is even worse and extremely unprofessional also they are unnecessarily extremely expensive

I had an good opinion on VLCC, but the way your dealing with your clients is truly disappointing, I was forced to buy the 249 AED voucher and every time I want to avail the services, the only reply I get is the appointments are full, like seriously then why do you do marketing on such packages when you cant even give an appointments. I do not want this vouchers and I want the reimbursement for whatever I availed for. I will never chose VLCC ever again, and I have my friends who have been through the same, and I do not recommend VLCC anyone or anything.

I have been receiving facials from Zeba for the last 5 years and the only reason I keep coming back is because of her and the quality of service I receive. My mother, my aunty, and myself all have separate packages from Zeba because of this reason. VLCC has good equipment and tactics to provide us with a relaxing and brightening experience. Zeba also provides excellent customer service which makes us want to come back every single time!

I being there and I registered for weight loss program at the beginning, the service was excellent, but after a week no one care of nutrition and follow-up nothing is there until before the last day of my session I still have one more day which is I deserve to get it but every time I try to contact them by the message they will read and they will ignore no reply at all, this my experience with VLCC Slimming Sharjah branch, at the end it’s only wasting the time and my money

Hi, I requested for my services to be shifted from Carama-Sharjah on 09-08-20 and am yet to receive any response, call or email. I have so many services left and the Carama center manager doesnt attend the call or calls back. Inspite of leaving so many messages with Ms. Saloni, I have received no call in close to 3 months. I had to take new packages at Sharjah, now I wonder why did I? The Carama staff keeps me on hold for a few minutes and then disconnects the call. And when I immediately call back, they dont answer. I have tried calling the Carama center at different times of the day, but they just dont answer. Are you telling me that all my money has gone down the drain? I will be approaching the Customer Happiness Center to take this forward.Ashmita Daswaney

Very bad and unprofessional Miss pooja and miss sharmila...they are having Ramadan offer but they didnt give.I am a regular customer since 8 yrs at VLCC SHARJAH. Today I felt very humiliated.Zeba and shuguftaa are best in her services.
